Welcome lash babes✨ ABOUT THE ARTIST: Eva Rodrigo Owner + Lash Artist Private lash studio located in West Seattle 2023 London Lash Award of Excellence Recipient STUDIO POLICIES: (Please read before booking) DEPOSIT: A $50 deposit is required for new clients and full set appointments. This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited toward your service total. LASH FILL: Fills are offered as 1.5 or 2 hour appointments, suggested every 2-3 weeks based on your retention. Fills past 3 weeks are considered a full set. CANCELLATIONS: 50% of your service total will be charged as fee for any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This will automatically be charged to the card we have on file. LATE ARRIVAL: If you are running late, please notify me via text. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule, depending on subsequent appointments. NO SHOW: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service total, automatically applied to the card on file. FEELING SICK: If you are feeling unwell, please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule. Cancellation policy still applies but cancellation fee will be waived if you reschedule for a different day. FACE MASK: While face masks are no longer required, they are strongly encouraged due to the close proximity during your appointment. Extra masks are available in studio, if you’d like one. REFUNDS: All services are non-refundable due to the cost of labor and supplies. Lash aftercare products and merchandise are final sale. ALLERGIC REACTION: Please consult with a medical professional first. If advised, I can offer a lash removal at no additional charge. CLIENT SATISFACTION: If you are not satisfied with your lashes within 48 hours of your appointment, I will fix or remove them at no extra cost. After 48 hours, any corrections will be treated as a regular fill or removal appointment. Cancellation Policy

NO SHOW: If you miss your appointment and/or I don’t hear from you to cancel or reschedule, a 100% of your service total will be automatically charged to the card we have on file.
